With Love, Escargot: Small Prop Cars (The 1986 Cécile Swift)

Finished 1/43 scale prop cars for Kesiah Manival's stop-motion animation project WITH LOVE, ESCARGOT. The car is inspired by numerous compact cars from the 1980s, including the Citroen BX, Fiat Panda, Volvo 240, Peugeot 205, Suzuki Alto and Daihatsu Charade. The two white hero cars have functional suspensions, front wheel steering as well as functional front & rear lights. Body and accessories modeled in Blender, chassis and mechanisms designed in Autodesk Fusion 360. Each car have around 16 individual parts, 3D printed with an Anycubic Photon and a Flashforge Creator Pro 3D printer. Finished with automotive paint & clear coat.
